Freight and Handling Orders are processed and sent with 2 working days of receipt of payment. Freight is calculated by the weight of the parcel. Parcels are sent via regular Post unless requested otherwise - please allow at least 5 - 7 days for delivery. Delivery progress can be tracked via the tracking number at the Australia Post website.
Interstate Orders We are licensed to send to all states of Australia with the exception of the Northern Territory (very sorry territorians!).
Tasmanian customers please contact us to organise a quote for Quarantine inspection charges (in the order of $200 per order).
International Orders We are unable to send plants overseas at this point in time. We are able to send pots and accessories though - freight charges will vary according to location. Please contact us for a quote.
